The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city. It is near delicious restaurants and a shopping mall. The room was clean and spacious, and the housekeeping made sure everything was tidy. Plus, the price was reasonable.
The staff wasn't very helpful. They didn't offer tips or suggestions for things to do in the city. When we asked for directions, they seemed annoyed and impatient. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and slow, making it difficult to plan our day.

During our recent stay in this hotel, we were really impressed with the modern and clean rooms. the location of this hotel was fabulous as it was in close proximity to some amazing restaurants and a mall. the service of the staff was also exemplary, and they were always ready to help.
We would have appreciated a wider range of room options to suit different accommodation needs.

Good price and central location I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Novo Hamburgo and was pleased with the price and location. It was a great value for the money and allowed for easy access to many attractions that were on my list. I also appreciated how close it was to two of my favorite restaurants and the shopping center , I didn't have to travel far to have a good meal or do some quick shopping.
Although I managed to communicate using non, verbal cues, it would have been nice to have someone who could speak English fluently.
